The 14U Foothill Gold will be hosting 2 open practices/tryouts for the 2018 season.
Wednesday, November 8 @ Foskett Park Field 2 Pitchers & Catchers at 530pm, Position Players 630-830pm.
Tuesday, November 14 @ Foskett Park Field 4 Pitchers & Catchers at 530pm, Position Players 630-830pm.
We are predominantly an '03 team but will not turn away '04s if we think they can work into the lineup.
Our coaching staff consists of a college pitching, catching and infield coach (Cortney Magorian), a former college hitting and infield coach (Brett Magorian), a former D1 outfielder (Alexis Johnson) and a former D1 infielder (Chelsea Rivera) that have come together to create a powerful dynamic. With a hard focus on fundamentals and creating instinctive players our goal is to ultimately teach players that once they cross the chalk, they no longer need the coaches because they have prepared to react to the game and trust their instincts.
We will be opening a limited number of rosters spots in search for players who will have an immediate impact on the team. Anyone with a competitive spirit, strong work ethic, plays with passion and has a "we before me" mentality will be considered.
